In 2014 I signed up for Netflix and started watching documentaries about the vegan lifestyle and eating plant based food. I saw a few videos showing the cruelty that animals have to endure and I told myself I could not be part of this process anymore. It was difficult at first because I didn't know how to cook and a lot of restaurants did not have vegan options, but I did my best. Eventually it got easier because I was able to cook for myself. Becoming vegan was the best decision I have made in my life.

I created this channel so I could share my favorite recipes and tips that I have learned so far. I want to help people with their vegan cooking just like so many people that helped me. I have no formal training in cooking so you won't get expert advice here - just what I have learned with a lot of trial and error. :) My goal is to inspire more people to try vegan food and show the world that vegan food does not have to be hard to make or expensive.
