Who runs SocialDB
SocialDB (socialdb.xyz) is an independently operated platform. We're a small, self-funded project — not a faceless corporation — and you can always reach a real person at hi@socialdb.xyz, or by post at 22 Fort York Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3Z2, Canada.

Yes. SocialDB is operated by SocialDB LLC, a legally registered company in the United States, operating from 22 Fort York Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3Z2, Canada. On top of that, here's exactly how you stay protected — none of it depends on taking our word for who we are:
How your money is protected
Your money is never in our hands. Every payment and escrow deposit is processed and held by Stripe — a regulated, global payments provider — and released only once you approve the work. Your bank and card details go straight to Stripe and never touch us. No deal is binding until you agree to it, and escrowed funds are refundable to the payer until they're released.
Free, with no lock-in
Claiming your listing and using the core platform is free — you only pay a small fee when you actually complete a paid deal, so it costs you nothing until you earn. There's no contract and no lock-in: you can disconnect your account, and request deletion of your account and associated data, at any time.
Verified & read-only sign-in
Our Google / YouTube sign-in is officially verified by Google, so you won't see any "unverified app" warning. Connecting an account is read-only and only for verification — it confirms you own the channel and reads your public profile. We never receive your password, and we cannot post, stream, or change anything on your channel.
Public data only
Creator statistics and profile details are surfaced from official public platform APIs (YouTube, Twitch and others) — the same numbers anyone can already see. We make reasonable efforts to keep this accurate, and creators can claim, correct, or remove their own listing at any time by contacting us.
