1. The service

SocialDB (socialdb.xyz), a service operated by SocialDB Inc., provides influencer statistics, discovery and outreach tools across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and other platforms, and a marketplace for sponsorships, collaborations, UGC deals and event/appearance bookings between brands and influencers, with in-deal messaging and escrow-backed payments. By using SocialDB you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You may claim a influencer listing only if you control that channel; verification is required.

3. Data & estimates

Influencer statistics come from official platform APIs (YouTube, Twitch and others) and public sources, and may change or contain inaccuracies. Earnings figures, suggested rates and brand-safety indicators are estimates generated from public data — they are not guarantees, financial advice, or statements of any influencer's actual income. Use them as a starting point only.

SocialDB uses YouTube API Services. By using SocialDB you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and acknowledge that data obtained via the YouTube API is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Deals, escrow & fees

• A deal is an agreement between two users; SocialDB is a venue and is not a party to it.
• Where funding is enabled, the payer's funds are held in escrow (payments processed by Stripe; some payouts are made via PayPal) and released to the influencer when the payer approves the delivered work (or the deal is otherwise completed). Cancelling a funded deal before release returns the funds to the payer.
• SocialDB charges a platform fee on the value of completed deals, split between the two parties (each pays half — the requester adds their half on top, the recipient's half is deducted from their payout). The applicable rate is shown before you fund a deal.
• A funded deal may carry a delivery deadline; it is shown on the deal and in deal emails. Missing a deadline does not by itself release or refund funds — completion still depends on delivery and approval, or our mediation.
• You agree to deal in good faith, deliver what you commit to, and not use the platform to circumvent fees or defraud the other party.
• Disputes between users are primarily between those users; we may, at our discretion, help mediate or reverse a transaction.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use SocialDB to spam, harass, impersonate others, scrape or abuse the platform, send unlawful or misleading proposals, or break any law. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

6. Pro subscriptions

Pro is billed on a recurring basis via Stripe and can be cancelled any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Disclaimers & liability

SocialDB is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with any of the platforms we track, or with any influencer or brand. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct, content or outcomes of deals between users.

8. Intellectual property

The SocialDB name, design and original content are ours. Influencer names, logos and content belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes. You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, attachments, deliverables); you grant us the licence needed to host and display it to the relevant parties to operate the service. Feedback or suggestions you send us may be used to improve SocialDB without any obligation or compensation to you.

9. Privacy & data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Termination

You may stop using SocialDB and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, funds already held in escrow are resolved under the deal and escrow terms above; provisions that by their nature should survive (fees owed, disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property) continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in Toronto, Ontario have jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you additional rights or a different forum.
