Aaand the finished thing - for now. A meditation on flowers, based on three different roses of which I have photos :) Janky but fun! (been a loooong time since I've created, sigh.) Also I now have oil paint on my snoot and both paint type… ★ 2

Next phase - blot Payne's Grey oil paint (Classico brand, so it looks dark blue) over the acrylic colours :) Thought to self - I'd use pinks etc, and then blot over with dark green, so it looks like the flowers I'mma be etching (this week'… ★ 1

Aaand the, let's call it undercarriage (slightly filthy snigger) of today's piece, brought to you by acrylics and a truly crappy brush. I'm thinking of it as a 70s scifi art homage :P In which I also learn that one can layer oil paint onto… ★ 2
