Jack and a block plane for scale - along with all the bananas. Green tape at 6 and 7 feet. Still not sure what the right length is. I was thinking I could border the bench on the long sides, or just put all 4 boards (3”) on the face side, and embedding the silver tail vise in that would look nice. Or maybe it would look dumb, walnut and gross Doug fir. But then I realized I could call it the Mullet Workb So much cleanup before I finish laminating this.
