One of our test contracts is a 50+ page German framework agreement with 40+ tables, one of them 2k price rows. Handing that to an LLM row by row doesn't work and is expensive: a few hundred rows in it starts skipping items.
Instead, a sub-agent inspects the tables, writes a Ruby transform, runs it in a sandbox against a sample, checks it against our model validation, then imports in batches.
