I really love 3d printing.
I just designed and printed a replacement TPU 'flap' for the air valve on this Mountain Designs Airlite camping mattress. I did ask, they were unable to send me just the replacement flap.
It's just a little tiny rubbery mushroom but without it this whole thing would have been returned to the store and trashed.

It's a pretty crappy print because this printer isn't great at handling the soft and slightly stretchy TPU but it works anyway.
