So one thing I've noted with the new training watch is that it making me aware of my sleep not quite being enough, not that being tired isn't an indication of that... But just confirming it....
I had dreams about email routing.
Working out is OK, and the gym I can use is amazing, but I would prefer to be outside. The wild fires and smoke and hazardous air are just a bummer.
Ah well.

Why is it that folks that post on Threads don't turn the fediverse functionality?
Is there some negative to broadening the audience? Does it de-monitize something?
