Last summer I made this cutting board out of some walnut scraps laying around. It was great until it split badly. I threw it back in the shop, thinking I’d cut out and rebuild the split area.
The shop stays at 64F in the winter. In the last few months the split has closed and disappeared completely. I can’t find it no matter how closely I inspect it (it didn’t split along any glue line).
