I used to be a lost, scared little boy who had no clue about how the world and my own mind worked. I was afraid to speak up and venture into the world. However, after decades of struggle, I've reached a point where I am much more self-aware and attuned to my thoughts and the world around me. I've gained a deeper understanding of life and constantly strive to improve myself. My journey includes becoming a successful entrepreneur who built several businesses from the ground up, like Jacked Nutrition. This experience has taught me extensively about fitness, covering areas such as nutrition, supplements, training, human science, behavioral tools, business strategies, and mindset enhancement. My goal now is to share this knowledge with the world.
