Welcome to Beyond the Mirror, a podcast created by Grace, Yohanna, and Delaney, the Tampa Catholic HOSA Mental Health Promotion group. Our mission is to create a safe, compassionate space for honest conversations about mental health and eating disorders.Through in-depth discussions, education, and meaningful dialogue, we aim to break stigma, spread awareness, and encourage understanding. We believe that education leads to empathy, and that no one should feel alone in their struggles. Each episode is created with intention, care, and the hope that it reaches the person who needs it most.Along with our deep-dive episodes, we’ll also feature special guests who share their personal stories and experiences.
