It’s about the wisdom we carry, and the way we live it out, day by day, week by week.I had to step away from a job I truly loved—shoutout to that team, you know who you are. I put my whole heart into it. But sometimes, the juggling act as a mom—with a baby needing early intervention, a schedule that never quits, and no margin left for myself—it became too much.And I realized I wasn’t taking care of myself in a way that allowed me to take care of others.This podcast is part of that pause. It’s part of healing. But more than that—it’s my way of contributing again, of doing something for the klal, for all of us. Because if I’m not helping someone out there, I don’t know if I’m really breathing.Taking care of ourselves is helping others. There’s no shame in stepping back when that’s what we need. Hashem gave us binah—deep, intuitive understanding—and it’s one of our greatest tools.
