Deanna Smith is your host for conversations about Business and Community, with a side of Eats.In 2008, Deanna opened her bakery cafe, Deanna's Gluten Free. But soon after the cafe setting went away to make room for industrial-size ovens for my wholesale side of her business. She has created over 100 breads and pastry including cookies, brownies, cakes, pies, pancake mix, waffle mix, all-purpose flour, pastry flour, hamburger, buns, hot dog buns, dinner rolls, pizza crust, focaccia, baguette, meat pies like chicken pot pie veggie pot pie pot roast pot pie stuffing mix an entire line of soups to go along with our sliced bread of multigrain bread original whole-grain bread cinnamon raisin bread pie crust and flatbread.In July, 2023, Deanna was installed as board chair for the Escondido Chamber of Commerce.
