Good afternoon, all the Best: I introduce myself. Hello, my name is Doris Bettiana Lemus Castellanos. I am currently studying at SENA in the training program called "Online Product Sales".  This audio is part of the activity GA4-240202501-AA2-EV01 and its purpose is to talk about my attitudes, beliefs, and obligations in academic and work contexts. In my academic and professional life, I believe it is essential to have a positive attitude, stay motivated, and be responsible. I must always be respectful to others and committed to improving myself. I have to attend my classes on time, complete my assignments properly, and participate actively in all training activities. In my workplace, I must be organized and follow all safety rules and company policies. I have to communicate clearly and work well in a team. I also should be honest, punctual, and reliable because these values build trust and respect among coworkers. As a student, I must study hard and focus on learning new skills that will help me succeed in my career. I have to manage my time wisely and avoid procrastination. I should take care of my mental and physical health in order to perform well both at work and in school. I believe that in any work environment, people should be kind and cooperative. We must follow instructions and respect deadlines. I also think we should always look for ways to improve and grow both professionally and personally. In conclusion, I must say that being disciplined, respectful, and hardworking are key attitudes to achieve goals in both academic and work settings. These values guide my actions every day and help me become a better professional and person.
