Healing Out Loud

Oh goody, another podcast. LOL You could keep scrolling. Who wants to talk about all this heavy shit in the middle of breakfast? I feel you. But since you're less likely to talk about it later on as you go about your weekend plans, I thought I'd give you some stuff to think about. Healing is such a taboo discussion because this shit is UGLY. But if we get comfortable owning our human feelings and being honest about them, it might make it easier to navigate and process them.
