In my late 20's till my mid 30's I really didn't want to be here, I thought my life was pretty pointless. I couldn't seem to bring, to life all my projects, business ideas, that plagued my mind daily. I saw a life of freedom and expression, but was stuck in a life of struggle & pretence . Watching my thoughts is how I stopped being terrorised by my thoughts.
