Inner Peacemaker Parent Podcast

As an “Inner Peacemaker Coach,” I love combining self care and the gospel together to help busy-giving moms stop spiraling in guilt and emotional overwhelm by teaching them how to process emotions with God instead of numbing them. I help them learn to regulate their emotions and replace guilt-driven coping habits (excessive sugar/food/technology/etc to comfort themselves) with Christ-centered self-care. I help them learn how to “be still” just long enough (even while being so busy) to really take care of themselves with God's grace. I will provide supportive ideas of nourishing thoughts and self-care habits (most ideas take less than 30 seconds to do at home) that tie harmoniously into gospel teachings.
