Touch is at the core of Elke’s work. For three decades she has refined her sense of touch to help people overcome stress, injury, and (childhood) trauma. Elke Mastwijk is an Alexander Technique Teacher, CranioSacral Therapist, and Reflex Inhibition Therapist. Stories from her studies, practice, and private life paint a picture of a woman driven by curiosity and a passion for easing suffering in people and animals. She shares her knowledge in six conversations with her friend and colleague Rebecca Gwynn-Jones. Elke is based in The Netherlands and travels to lecture and teach about her work.
