Welcome to LightWork. I’m Renee Scherzer, and this podcast was created from a simple but powerful belief that success means very little if we lose ourselves in the process of achieving it.  For most of my life, I've worked in leadership, business, finance, and service to others. I've sat in boardrooms, built teams, raised a family, and experienced moments that completely reshaped how I navigate life and show up for myself and others.   LightWork was born from those experiences. The good, the bad, the ugly, nothing is off limits.  We are going to cover all of it. This podcast is about living and leading from the inside out.  It's about alignment between who we are, how we lead, and how we love.  I'll have conversations with extraordinary people with stories to tell and the moments that change them.
