A raw interpretation of my own struggles with mental health. There's no current upload schedule. As this is an outlet to process my thoughts, I use it as such. There may be multiple uploads within a week, and silence for months.Too often we glorify and glamify mental health issues like anxiety and depression, and overlook the rotting carcass that they leave in their wake.We absolutely need more Mental Health Awareness, and a deeper understanding of what it's like to live with it. And I believe that starts with an honest conversation about the darker side of it. Nobody truly understands what it's like living like this, until they unfortunately experience it for themselves.This project is an outlet for me to work through the thoughts that rattle around inside my skull, and I hope that, if you're struggling with some of the same issues, this can help you feel a little less alone in this world.It only gets better if we're willing to face it head on and talk about it - that's the first step.Fair warning: this is raw and unfiltered. There will be talk of depression, anxiety, death, suicidal ideation. If these are things that you need to avoid in any capacity, then I suggest you exercise caution when listening to this podcast. You will feel uncomfortable when listening. It's not meant to coddle or tip-toe around your world view.
