Beginning his career in 1994 @ The PromisedLand in Antwerp, quickly rose to prominence, creating Area 51 to further expand his influence. His early success included a six-year residency at Red&Blue, one of Antwerp’s most iconic clubs where his ability to connect with the crowd and deliver top-tier house sets made him a standout artist. In 2006, Mixomaz rebranded himself, embracing new challenges and performing at renowned venues and festivals such as Ocean Club (Marbella), La Rocca, Tomorrowland, Natural High Festival, 12 Inch Lovers, Cafeina, Clamotte Rock, his international career also took him to Ibiza, where he played at some of the island's most prestigious venues, including Pacha, Ushuaia, Destino, and Es Vive Hotel. Beyond his work in clubs and festivals, Mixomaz has expanded his artistry to fine dining, creating exclusive DJ sets for high-end restaurants under his Soulfood 78 brand for the past two years. This unique venture allows him to blend his passion for soul music & downtempo vibes with the refined atmosphere of the culinary world, elevating the dining experience with every note in venues as The Lake (Keerbergen), De Comeet (Lier).
