The point is to balance the toxic news and social media messages we consume all week. Monday is a good story from the past, Wednesday the present, and Friday, you'll head into the weekend with a story to keep you optimistic about our future.My Good Three is hosted by Chris, a husband, dad, and veteran living in Richmond, Virginia. In late 2023, he suffered a health scare and it was attributed to stress. He decided to make a change and began reading about people and acts of kindness, about inspirational events and things to be hopeful for - and it made a significant difference. It turns out this storytelling approach to gratitude and optimism is backed by neuroscience research.When it comes to the stories he shares on My Good Three, he works hard to find stories most people can appreciate. He tries to get the story right, and to avoid politics, partisanship, or anything divisive, but he may stumble into something that you’d like to challenge - which is fine.
