Normal For Us is a podcast about identity, family, culture, and the patterns we inherit without realizing it. Hosted by Huan and Amanda, this show explores the quiet rules we grow up with. What was considered normal in our families, faiths, relationships, and communities, and what happens when those rules stop fitting. Through honest conversations, personal stories, and thoughtful reflection, we talk about belonging, change, loyalty, grief, and the tension between who we were taught to be and who we’re becoming. These aren’t quick takes or self-help fixes.
