Welcome to the Reframed Podcast where we take thoughts, ideas, mindsets and situations and attempt to reframe them so that you can live happier, be more effective and have greater impact on the world around you. My name is Jay Judkins, and I love people. More specifically, I love helping people. I am constantly looking for ways to help people move beyond their current situation towards their definition of success and fulfillment. Whether you're a C-suite exec, a business owner, or a working mom or dad, whatever your station in life, we all face scenarios that can impede our progress or success. It has been said that life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we respond. My life has been a series of challenges that have included a physical disability, father abandonment, mental health issues, self-esteem issues, and a malignant brain tumor. But it's not those events that define me, but my unwillingness to quit in spite of the challenges and look for the lessons and opportunities in the hope of helping other people to be inspired, encouraged and equipped to evercome their life/health/business/family/ministry(you get the picture) challenges. I'll bring my life experiences, including work, business and ministry, and my coach training to the conversations. We'll introduce ordinary people(and the occasional extra-ordinary person), and look at the world through their eyes so that the audience can relate to their stories and how they were able to reframe their thoughts and situations for better outcomes. I will strive to remind every audience member that they matter, and that they hold a God given piece of the human puzzle that is both needed and uniquely theirs. My hope is that every person that listens to the podcast will be encouraged and challenged to look for the best in every situation and help those around them do the same.
