S.H.I.E.E Talks

S.H.I.E.E Talks will be a podcast surrounded around Self Love and related topics. I will talk about the experiences that I have faced so far and also bring in others as well to hear their stories. I want this podcast to be a safe place for women to come together to uplift one another and to help each other heal. Power comes in numbers, so let’s work on building a strong village so that we can embrace that power!Knowing who you are in life, is an important factor to reaching your true potential. It’s a key component of living out your purpose. Self love journeys are amazing for doing all of these things.The journey of discovering yourself is such a beautiful experience. Learning your own likes and dislikes, outside of the influence of society is very eye opening. Many of us including myself have lived a majority of our lives keeping up with who society “deemed” us to be. We have believed in many things based upon being told to do so from a very young age. However, when you embark on your own self love journey, you start to discover things for yourself. S.H.I.E.E Talks will be a platform that will allow you embrace and speak on those discovery matters.
