Savagely Scaled is where we, average CrossFitters talk about the history of the sport, community, events, workouts and of course the culture! We will also be speaking to our own personal goals and experiences with the sport. We hope this can help introduce the sport to some of you out there who have always been curious about Crossfit as well as a space for current Crossfit athletes to share in their love for the sport.
