I am a Bratislava-based producer and DJ, active since 1999—with a fanbase so small that it doesn’t even include the owners of the local bistros where I introduce myself as "I'm a DJ and producer." My progress has been steady rather than rapid, as I split my time with another underappreciated hobby: architecture. When I finish a track, I always think it sounds professional—only to rework it six months later based on my current knowledge, again and again. Still, I’ve released albums Demos 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6…—initially burned onto 10 CDs and handed out in exchange for often brutally honest reviews. Then came "40x20"—my first album in global streaming distribution, where every 500-millionth person on Earth has listened to my tracks. The album "Frydays" was released as an LP vinyl on the Gergaz label—a dream come true, though sales might be discontinued after many years. The breakthrough came after about 10 years of spamming people with my musical attempts, when my unofficial remix of Slovak 80s pop singer Marika Gombitová’s "Just One Day" started playing on Radio_FM (a Slovak alternative radio station), gaining more from the fame of the original than my remixing skills. I spin house and related genres, including hits, at local events where no one is ashamed of an empty dancefloor. A few die-hard fans appreciate my effort to entertain, because I believe 127 BPM is the perfect tempo for cardio dance.
