The Leader is focused on the exploration of next-gen style leadership and is directly geared toward current leaders who know there is a whole world of business and leadership past what is currently on offer. Most leadership advice is outdated, hard to implement and subjective (meaning it doesn't work for everyone). This podcast and my work in particular aim to do things completely differently..More easeful relationships, more effective leadership and a more elevated experience in both work and life is the goal of next-gen leadership and it all starts with congruence.This show is a series of interviews with a diverse range of leaders from around the world coupled with solo episodes where I dive into new ways of embodying what it means to be a next-gen leader.
