She spent much of her life in fear of her body after losing her grandmother to ovarian cancer, being on the Pill for over a decade, and experiencing an eating disorder. It was the combination of her past experiences, conviction to heal herself, passion for natural and holistic health, and becoming a mother that all culminated to bring her here, firmly planted in her calling.Expect thought-provoking conversations, courageous shares and learnings from Sarah’s own story, as well as practices and tools to support you in connecting more deeply with yourself – body, mind, heart, and spirit. Because what the world needs now is wildly, deeply rooted mothers who remember exactly who they are.
