The Yogi Mic is a five‑minute mindfulness break for real life. Hosted by a longtime radio voice turned yoga guide, each episode blends storytelling, breath, and simple reflections that remind us that yoga isn’t just a class, but a way of living. No poses, no pressure, just a moment to reconnect.   I’ve spent over 20 years behind a microphone and the last 10 immersed in the world of yoga. Now, I’m bringing both worlds together, the voice that has guided conversations for decades, and the practice that has grounded me through all of them. My goal is simple: to share something positive, honest, and useful in under five minutes. Because yoga doesn’t only happen on the mat… it happens in the way we breathe through traffic, the way we listen, the way we choose kindness, even on the hard days.
