Finding a job is harder than ever. Through my almost 2 full years of job hunting, these are the lessons I've learned. The name "We're Moving Forward..." comes from the boilerplate rejection letters I receive every single day, "...we're moving forward with more qualified candidates...." is typically how the wording goes. Taking ownership of this repetitive messaging, I myself have decided to move forward with new approaches to my job hunt, my career, my income, and all other facets of life. While the primary reason for this podcast is centered around the job market, it's ultimately about personal growth. Let's go.
