let me introduce you to “meal prep for food snobs,” my series for people who want the ease and convenience of meal prep but hate eating the same thing every single day!!! meal prep one dish at the start of the week and enjoy it 3 different ways. they’re all available (for free) in my substack, good mood food.

when I don’t know what I want for breakfast, I just make a plate of everything: toasted sourdough with French butter and raspberry and pear jam, golden kiwi, soft scrambled eggs with Parmesan and black pepper, blackberries and cherries, and aged cheddar slices. matcha is made with Trader Joe’s vanilla bourbon paste and whole milk. supplements are: vitamin d, prenatal, choline, and probiotic (I take all of these because I am breastfeeding !!!)

peaches sautéed in butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup served with vanilla ice cream and topped with olive oil and flaky salt (trust me on this part) to make, slice up 2 yellow peaches. add to a pan on medium heat with 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and 2 tbsp maple syrup. mix everything together until melted, lower the heat to medium low, and cook until peaches are soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes or so, stirring occasionally. I like to cover for the first 5 minutes to help encourage

freezer friendly rosemary honey mustard breakfast sandwiches! recipe (makes 10 sandwiches) -10 eggs -10 English muffins - butter -2 lbs ground turkey -1/3 cup honey - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary -1 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder -1/2 tsp smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon salt -10 slices colby jack cheese - salt & pepper Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a medium baking sheet and crack the eggs directly onto it. bake for 10-12 minutes or until whites of the eggs are full
