When shadow rooting my clients I like to be extremely careful of the final look we are going for. Something super lived in allows me to drop the root color lower. However, if my client wants to stay brighter I simply do a root tap. I love a good brunette, however there are some girlies that are just meant to be a good blonde. Adding length to the hair will also add a bit of drama and I think she is meant to have longer hair.
