If you know, you know 🍕 Third Proof Pizza in Pine Brook, NJ is serving up a legit New Haven–style pie, and let me tell you… they sell out FAST for a reason. They’re only open Wednesday–Sunday, and even then, blink and it’s gone. We actually showed up when they were already sold out — and instead of turning us away, they invited us in and made a pizza just for us. That kind of hospitality? Next level. Brunch has never been better thanks to @sltaphouse. @tonistastytravel and I stopped by Saturday. The selection was great, but the breakfast pizza was calling my name. Toni got a Taphouse Scrambler with home fries topped with scrambled eggs, bacon, Monterey Jack cheese and scallions. I got a breakfast pizza is loaded with toppings and high on taste.
