One of my favourite things as a colour specialist is to find your natural white pattern and connect it to the rest of your hair. To tone, I used @L’Oréal Professionnel DIALIGHT 10.12 with 9vol to neutralise the yellow undertone and gloss with a cool reflect. #frenchblending #greyblending

When I'm creating French blends with a cooler deposit, I will be aiming for an undercoat on a very pale yellow. This should look like the inside of a banana and makes its easy to tone, when dropping down to @L’Oréal Professionnel DIALIGHT 9.21. It also means that when the toner fades, the blonde blend in with my clients natural grey beautifully (meaning she only comes to see me once every 6 months for colour #frenchblending #greyblending

Sometimes the length just has to go… This colour had come from a copper permanent and after 3 colour corrections and numerous toners.. it had to go! I toned this with @L’Oréal Professionnel DIACOLOR 8.1 and chopped the lengths off!
