After reading a lot about it, I’ve realised it’s not just about the music - there’s a lot more going on: 1 - there’s the bass, which you can feel in your body. I’ve written 110 songs and only 8 have been “hits”. I didn’t know which ones they would be. Some of the ones I believed in the most went nowhere. Some I nearly didn’t finish ended up connecting the most. I’ve nearly quit so many times thinking what’s the point? So if you’re sitting in doubt about any creative projects of yours…I get it.
