I read somewhere that some of our healthiest habits have roots in our hardest seasons. I can attest to that. I signed up for HYROX on one of the hardest days I’ve had in a long time, and that decision led me to running. What started as a distraction became a habit. Then a challenge. Then therapy. Not every healthy habit is born from happiness. Sometimes it’s born from the simple decision to keep moving.

Of all the pain & addiction I’ve witnessed, this is the cycle I’m proud to repeat.
