This is a journey into my life after being diagnosed with the Big C twice and undergoing surgery requiring two major operations I've become uncertain to what the future holds and know how important life is so I've put together some shorts to try and encourage others to try and stay healthy as much as possible young or old.. There mainly stop off points or resting spots from my walks hikes/climbing experiences days out etc and some shorts just to enjoy as these adventures made me appreciate life much more.So let's stand up and try our best ..be kind to one another be humble and embrace lifes natural beauty..it only has to be a little here and there but exercise is so important (A LITTLE A DAY IS THE WAY) exercise can also massively help in other area's be it mental health physical health or just an overall feeling of wellbeing including setting a good example for your loved ones 🧘🚵🧗🏋️⛹️🏊.. remember not to push yourself to much but just enough 💪....P.s this is for you Moono love you x🌕
