Flora & The Novice Explorers✓

Hello, it's Meg, Cal & Rufus here, also known as the Novice Explorers. We met in the summer of 2015 and after plenty of outdoor adventures and weekends away, we decided to work towards an alternative lifestyle. We stumbled upon the Vanlife movement and knew it was something we both wanted to immerse ourselves in. We purchased Flora back in 2016 and began the DIY camper conversion. We began saving hard and downsizing our lives in preparation for a future of traveling and simple living. Our big dream is to travel as much as we can and have a better work/life balance. We began to plan our own year-long adventure around Europe. Our European Adventure began in July 2019. We managed to explore Europe for 14 months in total and it blew us away. We learned and saw even more than we could have imagined. We met so many like-minded people along the way and made friends for life. We returned to our home in Shropshire in August 2020!
