This channel is built around my mother’s recipe notebook. A real one. Over 50 years old. Handwritten pages - some torn, some faded, and not always easy to read. I decided to film the recipes. These are home recipes passed down from my mother, her mother, and friends over many years. They are not polished and not always measured in exact quantities. This is not a professional cooking channel. It is a living recipe book. A way to preserve my home cooking.
