The teen and I were debating which species of bat local vampires turn into, or if they really become true bats at all. Obviously they wouldn't be found by electronic detectors as vampires traditionally don't show up on gadgetry.

So, to record in stereo inside a diamond you'd need mics placed a good 6m apart -- maybe more for a wide image. Plus they'd need to be well within the medium for there to be any point to the exercise. So, a diamond of, say, 18 to 24 metres…
Crumbs, the speed of sound through diamond is 12 km per second. That's quite zippy.
Might have accidentally bought a Zoom H5 Studio thanks to an unexpected windfall. Can't wait to see how it works with my dear old contact mics/boosters. #Audio
