PROMOS/REMIXES: BIO: Rods Novaes is an expressive DJ at the Mato Grosso’s scene. For more than 10 years he has been collecting musical curiosities influenced by House and Techno music making a wealthy style of sets. From 2008 to 2012 was resident of legendary Club Garage at Cuiaba and from 2012 to 2016 Club Owner/Resident DJ of Nuun Club. Today he is Vozz´s Club Owner/Resident DJ . Adept to the Scratch Live, working with the Traktor, therefore he delineates his sound better. It gets evident with the use of small details such as loops, bootlegs, re-mixes… always following the new styles adapted with the musical vanguard. The choice of been a DJ has given to him good concerts at some of the most well known clubs such as D-Edge, Warung, Club88, Hoss Club, Clash, Lions, Pacha, A Lôca, Garage, Kiwi, Neo, Hause between many others. Besides that he played in some of the biggest parties in Brazil. He had the opportunity to play with some big international names such as: Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice, Miss Kittin, Derrick Carter, Seth Troxler, Green Velvet, Technasia, Tiga, Art Department, Nic Fanciulli, Audiofly, dOP, Misstress Barbara, Deniz Kurtel, Oliver Huntemann, Stephan Bodzin, Hot Since 82, Guy Gerber, Heartthrob, Anthony Rother, Tim Green, Vitalic, Umek, Joris Voorn, Phonique, Mr. C, John Acquaviva, Nina Kraviz, Thomas Schumacher, Patrick Chardronnet, Dusty Kid, Funk D'void and much others. As a producer since 2008 Rods has released tracks with Wender A, by several labels like: Magnetic Recordings, Nervous Records, Resopal Schallware, Monique Speciale, Little Helpers, Lapsus Music, Basswalk, Pild Records, Crash!, Noexcuse, Tip Tap Records, Orion Muzik, Kinetika, Aula Records, Oblack Label, Beat Therapy, D-edge Records, Digital Traffik, Seta Label, Bondage Music, Lo Kik and many others. In 2011 launched together your own label, the Not For Us Records, a label based on House and Techno Music.
