Roo-D is a UK-based DJ and producer originally from Portugal, known for delivering high-energy psychedelic sets that blend Twilight, Night Psy, Dark Psy, and Forest into deep, hypnotic journeys. Since breaking onto the scene at Lindisfarne Festival in 2019, he has played at respected events across the UK including Kingdohm UK, Celtic Tribe, Elemental, Illusion, Faerie Pirates, Shanti, TynePsyde, and God Dropped Acid, among others. His mixes have also gained international recognition, featuring on Radio Ozora and Blackliters Radio showcasing his distinctive sound to a global psychedelic audience. Alongside his performances, Roo-D is the founder of RideOrPsy, a fast-growing psychedelic event series in Leeds that has spent the last two years making waves in the underground scene through its electric atmosphere, immersive décor, and carefully curated lineups. With a background in music production and sound design from the Academy of Sound Production in Edinburgh, Roo-D combines technical precision with raw dancefloor energy, crafting immersive journeys designed to keep crowds moving from the first beat to the last.
